Our Story
Built on a simple idea, property care shouldn't be complicated.
Whether if you own Residential or Commercial Property, it can become time consuming to coordinate and manage vendors. One company for Landscaping, another for cleaning, and another for repairs. It can seem endless at times.
Our mission is to change that. DinoPro Services was created to bring every service under one roof. The vision comes to live through a trusted and vetted Service Provider network that'll be connected to you through one reliable point of contact.
At the heart, DinoPro Serives is committed to trust, consistency, and care. We take pride in building real relationships with our clients, understanding their properties like our own, and delivering service that goes beyond expectations.
Meet The Lead Dino
Lead by Tyler Proctor - Owner of DinoPro Services.
In October of 2025, Tyler decided it was time to start his first property maintenance company and help individuals manage their #1 assets.
Tyler is a proud Boise State University Alumni & resident of Boise, Idaho.
Over the years, Tyler developed a passion for the property / facility service industry. From helping customers to coordinating projects with contractors, it was a perfect fit.
Outside of DinoPro Services, Tyler loves spending time with family and helping support his community through local chambers and his own co-founded non-profit: Third Community Collective
